Register as a CITGO Hydrocarbon Business Commercial Counterparty

Hydrocarbon suppliers include companies that provide crude oil, refined petroleum products, natural gas, petrochemicals, or related logistics and storage services.

By registering as a prospective CITGO commercial counterparty, you enable us to screen your organization for potential opportunities as a supplier or customer of hydrocarbons and related services. If you meet our initial criteria, we’ll share your information with the relevant CITGO business teams to ensure your opportunities are considered.

Register as a CITGO Non-Hydrocarbon Supplier

Non-hydrocarbon suppliers include businesses that provide products and services such as office supplies, IT equipment, construction materials, safety gear, catering, and professional services.

Registering as a CITGO supplier gives you the opportunity to be considered in our competitive bidding process. While this helps us conduct fair due diligence, it does not guarantee business with CITGO.

ISNetworld Registration

To be considered for doing business with CITGO, suppliers must meet CITGO standard qualification requirements, including technical, operational, and safety standards.

If you provide services in process-related areas or perform work that is potentially hazardous or requires a safe work permit, you must meet CITGO’s safety and insurance requirements.

CITGO uses ISNetworld, a third-party company, to verify insurance and safety requirements for a nominal fee. You will be required to provide insurance, safety, health, and security information to our authorized agent, including:

  • Standard Supplier Questionnaire
  • Insurance Certificates (e.g. General Liability, Employee Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers Compensation)
  • ccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) logs for the last 3 years
  • Employee Modifier Rate (EMR) letters for the last 3 years
  • Operator Qualification Report (OQR), if applicable
