TeamCITGO

Founded in 1987 in Southwest Louisiana (SWLA), TeamCITGO was the region's first industry volunteer organization. Today, through TeamCITGO, our employees, retirees, their families, and friends collectively contribute thousands of hours to various local charitable and community projects throughout our operational footprint.

Driven by our value of Care, TeamCITGO is devoted to fostering positive change in the communities we serve.

Matching Gifts

We amplify our employees’ generosity through our Matching Gifts Program.

When employees donate to eligible nonprofits, we match their contributions dollar for dollar, doubling the impact for organizations that matter most to them.

United Way

The United Way has been an integral part of our company culture for more than 40 years.

Each year, our refineries host fundraising events that generate hundreds of thousands of dollars to support United Way programs in our local communities. Our Lake Charles employees began contributing in 1975, followed by Lemont in 1998 and Corpus Christi in 2009.
